These terms cover your use of ClockCycle’s website, workspace, and scheduling features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Use ClockCycle only where you have permission to do so. If you use it for an organization, you are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect its accounts and handle its information.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us through Support if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
Connected services
ClockCycle works with services such as calendar and email providers. You choose which accounts to connect and which permissions to grant. Their availability, terms, and account restrictions also apply when using those integrations.
Actions in ClockCycle can create, modify, or remove information in a connected account. Review the selected account, recipients, dates, and scope before confirming a change. Synchronization may be delayed or interrupted by a provider or network problem.
Your content
You retain your rights to the information and content you provide. You authorize ClockCycle to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use and carry out your requests.
Only upload or share content you are entitled to use. You are responsible for permissions relating to other people’s information, including meeting participants, messages, and imported files.
AI and automation
ClockCycle AI can help interpret requests and make changes to your workspace. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important details and use your judgment before relying on an answer or action.
Reminders, scheduling, and synchronization depend on settings, connected providers, device permissions, and service availability. ClockCycle should not be your only means of handling a safety-critical or time-critical obligation.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the price, billing period, and conditions shown at checkout. Where a subscription renews automatically, it continues until canceled. Manage your subscription through the Plan settings in your account.
Any trial conditions and future charges are shown when you subscribe. Cancel before the renewal or trial deadline if you do not want the next charge. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ClockCycle for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
- Do not send spam or unwanted communications through connected accounts.
- Do not access accounts, content, or systems without authorization.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or introduce harmful code.
- Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
Availability and changes
Features may change as ClockCycle develops. Maintenance, errors, and third-party outages can affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will be suitable for every use.
Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security concerns, or legal obligations. You can stop using the service and contact support about closing your account. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
Ownership and feedback
ClockCycle’s software, branding, and original product materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms allow you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the software. You are welcome to share feedback and suggestions for improvements.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be free of errors. Nothing here excludes liability or protections that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for reviewing changes to your calendar, communications, and other connected information.
