Introduction

ClockCycle brings calendars, tasks, reminders, conversations, and scheduling into one workspace. This policy explains the information used to provide those features on clockcycle.app and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we receive the profile information needed to identify you, such as your name, email address, and profile photo. You can add a username, booking-page details, and preferences in Settings.

We store the content you create or connect to your workspace. Depending on the features you use, this includes tasks, reminders, calendar events, meeting notes, conversations, time records, ride information, saved locations, and messages to ClockCycle AI.

Connected accounts

Connecting a calendar or email account gives ClockCycle permission to access the information covered by the permissions you approve. Calendar information may include event titles, dates, participants, availability, and meeting locations. Email features may use message content, sender and recipient details, attachments, and read status.

Access credentials allow ClockCycle to synchronize your connected accounts. Changes you request in ClockCycle may also update the connected service. You can manage connections in Settings and revoke ClockCycle’s access through the provider’s account settings.

How information is used

To sign you in and maintain your workspace.
To display and synchronize calendars and conversations.
To schedule tasks, send reminders, track time, and manage rides.
To show availability and create meetings through booking links.
To process the requests you send to ClockCycle AI.
To manage subscriptions, diagnose problems, and respond to support requests.

Scheduling and public pages

Your booking page displays the profile and meeting information you choose to share. People who use a scheduling link provide their name, email address, chosen meeting time, and any notes they submit. These details are used to arrange the meeting and may be included in the connected calendar event.

Share scheduling links with their intended recipients. Information included in a meeting invitation is also subject to the calendar provider’s controls and the recipients’ handling of that invitation.

ClockCycle AI

AI requests can include your message and relevant workspace information needed to answer it or carry out an action. This information is processed by the AI providers used by ClockCycle. Review the information you include in a prompt and the resulting actions, especially before sending content to other people.

Cookies and browser storage

ClockCycle uses cookies and browser storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and cache workspace information for faster loading. Clearing browser data can remove those local preferences and cached copies. Signing out is especially important when using a shared device.

Service providers and payments

Operating ClockCycle involves providers for hosting, data storage, account connections, email delivery, AI processing, and payments. They receive the information needed to perform their part of the service. Payment details are handled through the payment provider; your account keeps the subscription and billing information needed to manage your plan.

Connected services operate under their own privacy policies. Review those policies when authorizing a connection or completing a payment.

Retention and your choices

Workspace information is retained to provide the features you use and maintain your account. Disconnecting a provider stops access through that connection but is different from deleting information already stored in your workspace or the provider’s service.

You can edit your profile, change notification preferences, and manage connections in Settings. Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal, billing, security, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Security

Keep your sign-in credentials and connected accounts secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including passwords or access tokens in support messages or AI prompts.
