How can we help?

Open Settings → Connected accounts to manage your connections. Use Email & calendar sources to choose the sources you want to use. If a connection has stopped working, check the provider’s permissions and reconnect the account.

Use the Tasks, Reminders, and Recurring tasks sections in the sidebar. Open an item to change its details, or ask ClockCycle AI to help. When editing a recurring item, check whether the change applies to future occurrences or the entire series.

Create a link from Scheduling links and choose your availability. A single-use link closes after its first booking. Open a booked link in the workspace to find the meeting. Default booking options are in Settings → Scheduling & booking.

Open Conversations to browse your connected email. Older messages can take time to synchronize. Check Email & calendar sources for sync progress and connection status. Archived contacts are available in the Archived filter.

Open Settings → General to choose your time zone and 12-hour or 24-hour format. Public booking pages use the guest’s browser settings and allow them to choose a time zone.

Open Settings → Plan to see your subscription and manage billing. If you need help with a charge, email us from your account’s email address and include the payment date. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

Edit your profile from Settings → Account. For account deletion, data requests, or privacy questions, contact us from your account email. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
